Who is Yvonne?
Yvonne is a ux researcher and multilingual facilitator in french, german and english. She focuses on meaning-making in a complex world. Her purpose is to distill broad data sets, into prioritized recommendations and translate these into great experiences.
CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
-4 years experience as a ux researcher & product designer in start-up, incubator, multinational and municipal settings.
-Planned and facilitated research workshops for international gatherings of up to 50 people.
-Conducted usability & concept testing and co-creation workshops across 4 markets (Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Canada) and in 3 languages (French, German and English).
-Designed and led app testing for a rapidly growing AI med-tech start-up focused on developing a clinician portal to trial with 3 medical clinics in the Ottawa area.
-Set up design artifacts and rituals for a municipality seeking to adopt design practices, including a design system and prototype critiques.
